How to find
your ring size.
your ring size.
It's important to size your spinner ring correctly, because unlike standard rings, they typically can't be re-sized (the outer spinners make this difficult).
We recommend that you verify your ring size one of three ways:
This is the most accurate method as a professional jeweler will have standard ring sizing tools on hand. They may also have sizing recommendations based on your activity level (sometimes our hands swell - it happens). This can be as easy as stopping by your local jeweler, or visiting a jewelry store at your local mall. Most are happy to check your size free of charge.
If sizing by a jeweler isn't an option, and you happen to have access to a ring sizer, you can verify the size of your fingers yourself. There are typically two-types of sizers: rings and measuring tape. To use a ring, simply slide the rings over your preferred finger until you find a size that fits. To use the measuring tape,
If you don't have access to sizing tools, you can measure your ring size from the comfort of your own home.
Consider the finger. While there are certainly no rules, we find that most people like to wear their spinner rings on either their middle finger, pointer finger or their thumb. These fingers seem to allow for easy spinning with one hand. That said, these fingers typically run larger for most adults (women's sizes 7-11). They also swell a bit during warm days and physical activity. So we recommend sizing up, if you're unsure.
Wide rings run small. Our spinners are typically wider than traditional narrow-band rings. This is so that they can support the outer spinner bands. While most of our rings have a slightly curved inner circumference (also know as a "comfort fit") the wider band is also requires a larger size to fit the widest part of your finger. So, again, we recommend sizing up if you're unsure.
Fingers change size. Measure your finger at the time of the day when it will be at its largest — usually at the end of the day. Please keep in mind, your ring size can fluctuate about a half size based on your temperature, hydration levels, and even hormones. In the same vein, avoid measuring your fingers when they are cold or damp.
