ORDER PROCESSING:

While we strive for immediate order processing, please allow 48-hours to process your order. Expect an email within 2 hours or your order's submission to let you know your order is on the way! Note, that orders placed for products that are backordered or out of stock may take longer to process.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

PROMO CODES

Promo codes and discount coupons can be used to buy any product offered on this online store, unless otherwise specified. Discount codes may be found on this website, on our social media pages and in promotions and advertising. If you have a discount coupon or promo code please keep the following in mind:

Only one discount code may be used per order.
Certain items are excluded from special offers.
Codes may not be applied after an order is placed and/or processed.
Codes cannot be used with sample sale items.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Please see our Returns Policy for more information.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@blissmani.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
